Goat Rodeo Media, LLC ("we," "us") runs goatrodeomedia.com. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, what we do with it, and what you can ask of us. It's short on purpose.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the project form, email us, or book a call, we receive what you type: your name, email, business name, the tools you use, and your message. If you send documents for the free 24-hour audit, we receive those files by email; send them with private details blacked out. Audit files are used only to prepare your audit and are deleted within 30 days unless you hire us. We use what you send to reply and, if you hire us, to do the work.
- Basic site data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit) to keep the site running and secure.
We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or build profiles of visitors.
Who else touches it
A few services help us run the site, and each sees only what it needs:
- Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions.
- Google handles our email and the discovery-call booking page. If you book a call, Google Calendar stores the booking under Google's own privacy policy.
We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and emails are kept as long as we're in a conversation or working relationship with you, then for a reasonable period afterward for records. Ask and we'll delete what we can.
Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Your browser may store small settings locally so the site remembers things like a form you started; that stays on your device.
Your choices
Email kat@goatrodeomedia.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We'll answer within a few business days.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes get a note on the homepage.
